Paid Leave in Your Fourth Year
To promote work-life balance and personal enrichment, ASV offers a unique opportunity for you to take a year of paid leave in your fourth year of teaching. You can choose to be paid 75% of your annual salary for three years, in your fourth year, you can take advantage of a sabbatical to pursue personal interests, travel, engage in professional development activities, or spend quality time with family.
